Manifesting Exercises


Manifesting Exercises: Many of the exercises you'll find on our Exercises ❤ Board on Pinterest come from the all of the places listed below (with the corresponding worksheets). Some of the exercises will have very specific instructions and others are written in an affirmation format. If you like a particular worksheet or looking for journaling prompts, please visit out This Year Board. There are exercises in each description that match that meme and can be used with a variety of the worksheets. Pick and choose which exercises suit you and what you want to create. Manifesting Papers Instructions: One of the main reasons I'm publishing this is because of the image to the left. (I used a similar one in the worksheets post.) There's a ton of worksheets that match that exercise. This way it's easy to find and use! Yay! The worksheets that match this exercise are perfect for creating one thing at a time. You can use it for time frames, personal and fitness goals, to keep you on track or for  something specific like an object or achievement. There's different colors, styles and a bunch with different titles. There's spaces for the date, title, goal and a section to write out what you want. Use all of them. Fill out each worksheet completely. There's a lot of papers and paper sets that you can use to record your progress. 
Manifesting Mondays: A great day/time is Mondays. I call them Manifesting Mondays. HaHa I even have an automatic tweet that goes out to remind everyone! (Click Here if you want the Recipe.) So, set an alarm or reminder for you until you make it a habit to set your goals for the week. Every week. It doesn't have be Mondays (I just like them!) it does need to be a day and time that you have space for yourself. It's best to do them the same time and day each week. You'll start to count on yourself and look forward to spending time with you. Yay! Plus, your subconscious mind wants to please you and it likes time and routine. And, it is the part of you that brings everything to you, and regularity breeds security. And be sure to review your last session. Check off what worked and start a new goal.
Writing Help: Here's a cutie meme for you to keep (It's on Pinterest, too.) This is one way of manifesting. I like it because of all the writing details and affirming reminders. The clearer you are with yourself, the better your week will be. * You can use a ton of the manifesting worksheets for this exercise.

Making the Waiting Entertaining


My office is close to downtown, so most people [that are in groups] will peruse the shops or go to the cafe that's close. I have a waiting room, with music playing, large couches (probably fit 5 people very comfortably) and a colored light set up for your convenience, if you'd like Light Therapy while you're waiting for your session. Plus, if you've never done it, it's a great way to try it!

Okay, how cool is the Light Therapy in the office?!! It's such a cool way to try it. Light Therapy has gotten pretty popular over the years and with technology (Yay!) changing so fast, it's making everything more accessible. And, it makes Colored Light Therapy super easy to do at home! Here's a few products that you may want to try. (They just go to Amazon. I put them in for your convenience.) Fun! Here's two different types of the colored lights that are available. Below them is a color chart. It'll help you choose what you want and need for yourself. Happy Soothing! 

Now, what about the colors? What are they used for? This is a great chart! (I have it in my waiting room for you to look at while you're bathing in the color light that you're choosing.) There's a ton of information out there about colors and chakras, this just happens to be my favorite chart. Oh, and it's only $5!
