If you have a huge list of things that you want to cover and that you want to know, channeling will probably fit you better. If you have some things that you need to figure out or understand, coaching will probably help you the most.  ?: Do I have to choose? A. No, you can do both or switch back between the two. The reason that you have a choice of what you want to do, is so that you're comfortable.
