Have you ever read or heard what it feels like to channel a stream of Higher Consciousness?
Well, Sit Back, Relax & Enjoy these Psychic Channeling Questions & Answer Sessions!
Okay. Seriously? What am I talking about?!, "Have you ever read or heard what it feels like to channel a stream of Higher Consciousness?"
... The best way that I can describe it, would be, an 'Ah-Ha' Moment held for a prolonged period of time. That 'Ah-Ha' meaning: When
everything in the [your] world 'just' makes sense and everything falls into place with the feeling of complete peace and knowing. It's about
consciousness, or, as I'm sure you've heard, vibration and frequency; stick around, I'll explain it piece by piece, bit by bit with blog posts,
videos and illustrations. How fun!

Three Things to Know About Hypnosis
Despite its less-than-serious depiction in cartoons and movies, hypnosis can be an effective tool for therapy. Read on to learn more about the way hypnosis affects our conscious minds.
1. People aren’t unconscious under hypnosis. In fact, they are

in a state of focused hyper-awareness. Subjects’ suggestibility does not emerge from any lack of understanding, but rather from the suppression of inhibitions. That might result in a stage performer making a person feel comfortable enough to cluck like a duck that thinks it’s a chicken, but for a therapist it might mean circumventing the conscious mind’s tendency to make excuses for an addiction.

2. You cannot be hypnotized
against your will. Although
true that a hypnotized person will be more susceptible to suggestion, it’s simply not possible to force them to do something that they don’t want to do. Likewise, when battling a deep-set psychological issue such as a phobia or an addiction, hypnosis doesn’t work by reversing the patient’s unwanted thoughts but by gradually strengthening their resolve to silence them.

3. Hypnosis often takes hold gradually. Many

hypnotherapists use a method known as progressive relaxation. Introducing peaceful imagery in slow, soothing tones, the professional lulls the patient into a state of relaxation over a longer period of time—as long as a half-hour—and gauges their suggestibility with simple, easy-to-swallow commands such as “relax your arms.”

Let Your Light Shine

~The Light of Your Soul~
Your spirit, your soul, your essence is perfect… beautiful…

Imagine a crystal hanging in your window just as the morning light shines in. The sun catches the many facets of that dangling crystal and the sun light reflects all the colors of the rainbow all across the room.

That is what your soul looks like… brilliant…
And then life happens. We get scared; we hear and witness something ugly; we believe negative things about ourselves, the world, others; we loose hope, faith and trust… we forget that we are just like that beautiful shinning crystal hanging safely in the window that can magically light up an entire room with color.

Every time we accept something negative as truth, it’s as if we took that crystal out of the window and rolled it in mud. The more fear, sadness, despair, the more negative thoughts… the more mud. Pretty soon, that crystal doesn’t look like a crystal anymore; it looks like a big ball of mud.

And we fool ourselves into thinking that all of that mud protects that fragile crystal from breaking or chipping or falling… but what did we really do? We just got it really, really dirty and weighed it down with all of that gunk.

And if we would have known, really looked and felt that crystal, we would have realized it’s as hard as a diamond and as resilient as an Aspen tree in the dead of winter and as flexible and determined as a single blade of grass pushing up through the concrete on a busy city sidewalk; and then we would not have expected the worst or felt so terribly alone or lost because we would have embraced the light of our spirit and found comfort in our Higher Selves guiding us through this life-down our golden path-our destiny.

Connecting you with your Higher Self, helping you to discover your life’s purpose, tuning you into your body, mind and spirit, and helping you to remove all of that mud is what Spiritual Answers and Solutions .com is dedicated to. By removing the negative programs that don’t fit you anymore, you open yourself up to a lighter, freer, more joyful life. It’s about consciousness. Shift your consciousness and your life will follow.

Sometimes it's nice to hear and watch something rather than to read it ourselves. The video is for your convenience and enjoyment. If you'd like to hear this video without music in the background, click here. Happy Listening!
